Hairfall and receding hairline. I take?

My hairline is receding at a extremely fast pace in the last 4 to 5 month.There is lot of itching in my scalp aswell and i have alot of dandruff in my scalp aswell. What should i do to stop it. i have this genetic issue as my father, uncle aswell as grandfather had this issue but none of them experienced it at my age as i feel i am young enough to suffer this isssue. I consulted a general physician and he prescribed Salisia kt( salicylic acid anti dandruff shampoo) and clomac- MN cream (to be applied at places which i feel itching) The shampoo is effective but day after the usage i again see dandruff in my scalp. What is the issue and what remedy should i take? also i want to know if i get bald( by myself in a salon) will it be effective in stopping hairfall)
