Hairfall and dryness. In hyderabad.

Hello i am undergoing richfeel homeopathic treatment since march2017 they have suggested me tablets, shampoo, hair oil and anatea. I have stopped using tablets(megaffeme and biomineral). For 15 days i had found good results my hair felt soft. I had consulted them for balding problems, which was stage 1 female baldness pattern. I have hair thinning on the right side of my scalp and the volume is lesser on the ends. After using these products that is the shampoo and hair oil of richfeel i find hair fall dryness and mild powdery dandruff on my scalp. I don't know what is to be done now. In November 2016 i had anemia but now am taking care of my diet i don't know what could be the underlying factor of this hairfall. Since past 8 years i have lost a lot of hair my current hair are not even 1/4th of what i had before. Please suggest me any tests or where to consult trichologist in hyderabad.
