Hairfall and Deficiency
I have suffered from hairfall since my mid teens. I had severe dandruff, acne etc. Now the acne has reduced, I still have dandruff issues. I got a blood test recently where my vitamin D level is 22.2 nmol/L while the normal level is 75-250. My Vitamin B12 level is 177 pg/ mL while normal is 180-914. Could these low levels be the reason for my unexplained hairfall? How do I fix this? What supplements-dosages should I take?
