Hairfall amd dandruff
So last year in august i had some dandruff issues and then suddenly after some time my hair fall started ..i tried using anti dandruff shampoo and hair growth oil but nothing is working my roots becomes thin ...i dont know what to do...

Could be seborrheic dermatitis a fungal infection which can give dandruff.can be effectively controlled with medications.hairfall can be due to stress, thyroid, lack of sleep,dandruff,hormonal changes,vitamin deficiencies etc.assessing the cause and early treatment is important to control hairfall and give regrowth.consult me online for further treatment
