Hair turning wavy and brittle

I have silky and super straight hair. But since Jan or Feb it has started turning wavy.The hair near the back neck has turned fully wavy and it looks really bad. Im not able to understand why this is happening. Please provide some solution for this about how can i regain my straight hair. Im really worried.
