Hair shedding for 41/2years old boy

My son is 4 1/2 years old, he is losing his hair daily 10 to 15 hairs per day, when I touch with my hand.I didnt use oil frequently to my son, I have applied him oil very rarely, is because of this reason shedding of hair? Pls suggest what I need to do. Recently 5 months back he got malaria and mouth foot viral infection(not severe, it was mild) again after that observed nail breaking, now all the new nails grown. He is fine now but now shedding of hair is observed, is itbecause he suffered with fever in the past.or any other reason. Pls suggest to whom to contact
