Asked for Female, 25 Years

Recently Dr suggested me the permilin plus lotion for my hair scribes and lices. So I had only used once so how often it's to be used and when can I expect to get a scribe and lices free hair? I mean it doesn't look good so want to get rid of it sooner. Thanku. God bless you.
