Hair roughness n falling

Asked for Female, 46 Years

My hair are very rough and also falls everyday . If I apply oil they fall much more. My hair are so short in length now . I applied egg with honey plus olive oil for softening but no good result twice a weak first time. I don't have gall bladder and have endometriosis problem but no pain periods though...
