Hair regrowth, hair fall solution

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I visited a doctor and she directly asked me to use it minoxidil for life time and once if I stop using it comes back to same condition. she explained about the growth of hair but nothing was examined. But later when I said I don't want to take it she checked my nails and tounge and asked few questions and suggested few tests . So should I take it or not. If so please guide me how to use it
