Hair problem with dandruff

Asked for Male, 23 Years

After 1st session of prp. I was advised to use morr- forte 5%. And daily karenglo ad shampoo. But there is more hair fall. Only 22 days using morr-forte 5%. What is the reason behind this?? Please help me
