Hair on top of nose n got pores(pluckin)

HI Want to get rid of hairs on top of nose and due to plucking them n there ugliness i used to pluck them , there hava become pores on nose which are visible if seen from near by . I want to get rid of hairs on nose as well as want a flat (without pores) nose to avoid uglines . I would appereciate if u recommend some expert in treatment based in delhi. WHo is experienced .
