Hair loss upto 100 hair/day is normal. If you have more than that, it's abnormal. We need to find the pattern of hair loss, whether in the sides/centre/entire scalp and the severety. We Need to find the cause also. Depending on all this, we can start treatment and generally good results is expected. Usual causes are vitamin deficiency, Anemia, Telogen effluvium(after stressful events like surgery, accident, pregnancy, infection like COVID), alopecia areata, diffuse alopecia.
