I recently shifted from Gurgaon to Kolkata in Feb 2017. In the same period my hair dresser discovered that i have a small patch. I have not taken any medication as i read this has no cure. Recently i feel i am loosing more hair per day than normal. Like more than 150 hairs a day. Though there is no apparent thinning at the moment but i am very concerned. I am 31 yrs old, male, no family history of baldness or alopecia. I am unmarried but I masturbate every day. I m unsure if that along with change in city might b d reason.

This is a common condition, and probably indicates a disturbed immune system.
You may be having a condition called alopecia areata, if there are well defined patches of hair loss. Other diagnosis may also be possible and can be ascertained while consulting. Treatment is simple and has different approaches. You need to discuss with a dermatologist to understand it. Skin is the mirror of internal health and to get a perfect skin you need to treat both ways - internally and externally. A healthy diet and lifestyle is mandatory to achieve results.
Next Steps
Start on biotin supplements and food rich in iron content. Use a milder shampoo and consider frequent shampooing and conditioning.
