Sir I'm fearing that I can go bald at very young age, 6 months ago some of friends noticed a bald spot at the back end of my head, I didn't bother much then but now when everyone is noticing it and asking for it I'm getting really embarrassed

This is not baldness , this is alopecia areata which has patchy hair loss
