Hair loss on top of the head. Bald spot?

I have been experiencing hair fall since 1 year and I see a bald spot on top I'm only 15 years old. I thought that Baldness shouldn't happen at this age but I am experiencing it. It's very stressful for me and it doesn't let me focus on studies. I have only 1 bald spot for now. Even my father and grandparents had baldness but not at this age. I already consulted a dermatologist near me had he said it's just telegenic affuvisum and says it will stop in 2-3 months but now 8 months have passed but still it hasn't stopped so please help me. Can I regrow hair on my bald spot? Is there any way to prevent further hair fall please help me. I even had dandruff but it has already gone. This was just additional information to study my case better. Please reply me fast thank you
