Hair loss multivitamins
I am experiencing post pregnancy hair loss. I have heard that biotin capsules are good for hair. Can you recommend any specific brand of biotin capsules? Many brands are available in market but not sure which to use.

Post pregnancy hair loss is very common. It is referred to as Telogen Effluvium. Most hair will eventually grow back on its own in a few months. A healthy diet rich in iron (green leafy vegetables, beetroot, and fruits) and biotin (eggs, nuts, whole wheat breads) would suffice.
