Hair loss issue

I'm having hair loss at the age of 19, almost 1/4th of my hairs are gone.I'm losing my hair at the age of16 itself. I browsed in the internet and found out its similar to pattern baldness. Though pattern baldness starts in the late 30's, I didnt pay attention to it as it is normal issue, but now I feel uncomfortable with it. Please help me with a solution. Is there any possibility of getting back my hair without any kind of surgeries?
