Hair loss issue

Asked for Female, 27 Years

After marriage I am losing lots of hairs and I am taking care of it like I did before marriage but then also the rate of losing hair is very fast and I am worried about the same. Is this normal or do I need to consult a doctor for the same? I am a healthy and normal person Please suggest remedies or reason why this may be happening?
