I have been suffering from hair loss in the crown area. I have used Alpecin Liquid, Kera XL lotion, Biotin tablets, Sebamed anti dry revitalizing shampoo for 3 months, XPecia(Minoxidil 5%, Finisteride 0.1%) gel in the night, Tressgro lotion in the morning for 3-4 months. But I didn't see any improvement. Shall I continue same medication or any other medication which gives better results. Which shampoo is best for daily use?

No need of using keraboost xl or alpecin liquid as they do not work in androgenic alopecia which you are suffering from. Continue using minoxidil twice daily. Results take 6 to 9 months to show. You can also take platelet rich plasma therapy to get faster results. Oral finasteride tablets can also be added to kindly ask your Dermatologist for these treatment options
