Asked for Male, 25 Years

I am 25 year old male. Should i use indulekha hair oil or minoxidil. I saw minoxidil on google there are lots of product with the name.. Can you let me know which one is better for hair loss. Should i consult a dermatologist first? Or start using this product? Any assistance will be appreciated. My hair line is reduced. Thin hair and whenever i wash my hair there are lot of hair on my hand. Picture attached

There are many reasons for hair fall. So first and foremost we have to find the cause with the help of detailed history and examination. Some of the common causes are nutritional deficiency, hormonal causes like androgenic alopecia or patterned baldness, hypothyroidism, telogen effluvium etc. Unless we find and treat the cause there is no point in giving non specific treatment. Oils or shampoos do not have any effect on hair growth as they are not absorbed in the skin.
