Hair loss/ dry skin patches/ eruptions

Asked for Male, 17 Years

Sir/madam, My son is 16.5 years old. Last year he suddenly developed rashes on his scalp. Some were red and some were white dry skin patches. We have tried few doctors and their medicines. Problem is still persisting and I am really worried for him. Would like you to suggest me the exact issue and it's remedy. I am based at chandigarh.
