Hair loss and severe dandruff

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I am 22 and i have chronic telogen effluvium. Also i have severe dandruff. My hair falls out more than 300 strands when i apply oil or wash hair or comb. Can CTE be treated? I have been applying minoxidil from about 2 weeks. Will it help?
