You may be suffering from early onset androgenetic alopecia. Does your father or brother or maternal uncles have balding? This could genetically predispose you to balding. Further environmental factors , pollution, stress, junk food and poor diet could cause you to lose hair further. You'll probably need treatment with hair care lotions or serums like minoxidil - something that has vasodilator properties and improves thickness of hair and reduces hair loss. Have a good balanced nutritious diet. Yes your hair density can be restored if you take timely treatment and care of your hair. If you have dandruff also, you'll need an antifungal shampoo – applying oils may worsen dandruff. Best way to use mintop - apply 1 ml over the affected areas - after bath on dry hair and again at night- before going to bed. Pls note - Tablets cannot be prescribed on this forum; hairfact supplements are good and worth a try. PRP therapy too is a new advanced therapy for enabling hair growth. See a qualified dermatologist near you. Hope this helps. Caution: Make sure you see a qualified MD / DNB/ DVD dermatologist for all your skin and hair issues. Don’t be lured in by quacks. Know your treating doctor/ discourage quackery!Warm regards, Dr Govind Suresh Mittal. Bengaluru
