Hi Im a male of 24 years. Wanted to know if Korean based shampoos suit Indian hair as I've starting using Aromatica tea tree shampoo. I have a really oily scalp and dandruff scales and get acne on my scalp now and then.

Hello dear. A shampoo is a shampoo. Doesn't matter if it's made in India or Korea. It's the ingredients that matter. Excessive seborrhea can cause oilyness and hairfall. Start using a good anti dandruff shampoo daily.
