A holistic approach is needed for your issues. They are all interrelated. You need diet changes, exercise, a gynaecologist opinion and hormonal study. Once these are sought out, body hair growth issue can be addresed. It may have resolved on its own by then. Don't treat the effects, treat the cause.

Hello dear, If uncertain hair growth and irregular menses are associated with weight and it gets better with lifestyle change then the cause is certainly hormonal. Hormonal balance can be achieved by proper diet, exercise and at times medications though lifestyle management is a key
Next Steps
Opt for laser hair reduction as the results are quite satisfactory with no side effects and its the only solution you can seek for!!
Health Tips
- Lifestyle management like weight management, diet, exercise - Seek for endocrinologist for better hormonal advice as a holistic approach. if issue only hair growth, THEN LASER HAIR REDUCTION IS THE ONLY RELIABLE OPTION
