Hair greying
I m suddenly noticing grey hair, my tsh was high but i m on thyronorm for over a month my vit d was low 17 on 60k per week, my folic acid was 2.66 but i m on Folvite MB cause my b12 is 337
But my greying keeps popping up
Should i take zinc tab?
My magnesium and ferratin is perfect but calcium is borderline
