Hey, You can't reverse what is done but you can definitely manage the left over by providing proper nutrition and it can even happen due to stress so you need to figure out whether it's due to nutrition deficiency or you are going through some sort of stress.

Graying of hairs (canites) can't be reversed or cured. It can be well managed so that the speed of graying can be kept well under control. It can be well treated with homeopathic medicine effectively and without any side effects. You need an expert Homeopathic physician who is a good trichologist.

Hi, sorry to say but once hair has greyed, it is difficult to reverse it. You can go ahead with preventive measures. Consult a nutritionist to figure out whether it's due to lack of some deficiency or exposure to harsh chemicals can also cause premature greying. Figure out the root cause. Psychologically , you have to learn and try to accept reality. It may feel sad in the beginning but acceptance can help you evolve and grow.

Hi. Have you been stressed lately? Did you get bloodwork done in the last 6 months? Deficiencies of certain vitamins/proteins can cause greying in addition to high levels of stress. It would be helpful to consult with a dermatologist and then a psychologist to figure out cause and find effective solutions to manage the same.
