Hair got pulled out accidentally

Was crossing from the main road.. There was an advertisement board so i crossed that but accidentally my hair got stuck and a small spot from my hair went away.. itz a month now tried homeopathic meds still no growth on that area My frnd adviced me to apply tugain 5% Can u plz help me out what should I apply to regrowth the hair on that spot
