Hair falls due to dandruf

Asked for Male, 26 Years

My hair get fall from center of the head to forehead and this portion contains thick dandruff. The backside and upper portion of the ear dose not contain dandruff and there is no hairfall in this portion. Hair fall only seen from center of the head to forehead
