Hair loss upto 100 per day is quite normal. Sometimes due to various reasons ut csn become excess. Improve Your nutrition and cleat dandruff if any .Avoid oiling the scalp as it can cause more hair loss. If the loss is severe get a evaluation from a dermatologist for further management .
