Hair falling
I am having dandruff in my hair and i used dfree lotion one night,next day when i washed my hair with shampoo around 20 hair fall down. Is it a temporary hairfall or permanent? I am trying various ways to reduce dandruff. Will this kind of hairfall leads to baldness?

Hair fall:- Tab. Keraglo men once daily for 3 months.
Qilib men solution 6-8 sprays once daily at night for one month
Tab. Hautvit Forte once daily for 3 months.
Use Anaphase shampoo.Increase intake of protein diet & Green leafy vegetables.
Check blood test for Thyroid & Haemoglobin.
