Hair fall treatment
I have been undergoing hair treatment for the past 3 yrs, I am a stage 1 patient as per the doctor,  the fall is under control but has not completely stopped(10-15 hairs a day) my doctor has prescribed morr 5% lotion only once he had changed it to 12.5% and I felt the later one to be more effective but I still feel the hair line in moving behind and also the progress i.e very tiny hair in the bald regions growing at a very very very slow pace I am not even sure it's the new growing hair or the diminishing hairline Also he prescribes some vitamin tabs like right now wellmen hairfolic Meyers and nizral shampoo I am confused with the progress should I change my doctor before its too late?

12 percent is not useful. You may be suffering from androgenic alopecia which is also called as pattern baldness. The hairs start reducing in density at the crown (top) and also the hairline starts receeding  from the front. This is usually progressive throughout life unless treated. It is usually accompanied by severe dandruff which we call seborrhoea. The FDA approved treatment for this condition is a lotion and tablets. No oil or cream will magically work because the hairs are getting miniaturised  and eventually disappearing due to the hormonal effects of DHT on the hair roots. Please call me or  contact me with photos using online consult option for proper examination and treatment. Do not start treatment without consulting. I can give guidance and then you can continue treatment on your own.
