Hair fall treatment confusion

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I been prescribed 2 solutions hair4u cpx and hair4u topical 10%. Hair4u cpx is supposed to applied in night and topical 10% in morning. Now i am skeptical about washing hair before application of either of solution.
