Hair fall suggestion. What is the %?.

Hloo doctor.. iam a btech student..I am facing issue with hair fall. My father also had baldness. So, i thought it is genees problem. But my age is very loww that is 20.my hair fall is high. If I didn't do head bath for 2 days on my scalp slowly dandruff will occur and in next 3,4 days dandruff will occur in very severe and in high content. If I touch it also the hair will fall more and more after I apply parachute oil in the night most of the hair will fall and get some strong by the morning and then I will do head bath.if I didn't do this procedure in the night,my hair will fall more while doing head bath. And also recetly I got constipation problem alsoo (before 4 months but I am facing hair fall from when I was 16 yrs).so, please give me the medication.. can I use minoxidil ? If yes what is the % ?. And if "no" please suggest me the medicine and please  🥺 explain what's happening..??.and is hair transplantion is good for me..?? At which age I can do it.plz explain in detail🥺
