Hair Fall still continuing
From Last August facing severe hairfall. Also had lot of dandruff, In November got prescribed Follihair and Vitamin D (which was 6.5) and KZ Lotion for Dandruff. Dandruff vanished by March but hairfall still continued. Then got prescribed Keraglo, Antioxid and Hairgro Serum. I definitely see some growth of tiny hairs in the temple area but Hairfall is still there. What should I do, should I start on Minoxidil ?

This is Androgenic Alopecia. Permanent hair loss from the scalp, causing baldness. The patterns have a common genetic cause. Dandruff can aggravate this issue and has to be treated. With male pattern baldness, hair loss typically occurs on the top and front of the head. Medication may prevent further hair loss. In men, this condition is also known as male-pattern baldness. Hair is lost in a well-defined pattern, beginning above both temples. Over time, the hairline recedes to form a characteristic "M" shape. This appears to be a Genetic condition or external factors like hormonal variations also can contribute. Consult a Dermatologist before starting Minoxidil or any other medication. Preferably get the dandruff treated first and then start with the medication for hair loss.
