Plz share d current status of ur scalp image n previous medicines taken as hair cycle has 3 phase ...need to understand with ur history and there r different procedures for the same if required which I can guide you only after viewing the scalp.

You may be having cumulative damage toll on hair apart from the commonly known condition androgenetic alopecia
