My HB is 13.5. I am 35 yrs old unmarried female with weight 47 kgs. Pls advise an anti hair fall oil. Can I use Jaborandi hair oil? I read it's good. Also read that few people don't see any progress with the usage of that hair oil. My scalp is oily. My hair fall is creating problem. Can I use Jaborandi..if yes then which brand would you recommend. Wheezal or SBL and how many times to apply. Looking for your valuable suggestion. I have straight hair. No chemicals.   Thanks in advance

Hello dear. Please understand that about 80-100 hairs shed normally everyday. That should not be a problem. However, if you feel that you are losing more than that, then you will need proper treatment. Previous illnesses (2-4 months ago), certain medicines, synthetic colours etc can cause hairfall called telogen effluvium which is transient and self limiting.
Next Steps
Eat a high protein diet. Schedule an online consultation for further assistance
Health Tips
Avoid using shampoos with SLS. Avoid artificial colours and fancy hair treatments at local parlour

You can use natural oils. Make sure they do not have stuff like mineral oil and preservatives. Also consume a healthy balanced diet, low is sugars and rich in salads, fruits and nuts. See if these things help. If not then consult for further management.
