Hair fall Since 9 months

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Severe hair fall since 9months. Got blood investigation done. Vitamin d3 is very low. Thyroid profile was normal 9months back but my tsh level is 4.8 t3 and t4 is normal. Periods monthly regular, non obese.other hormonal profile normal. At present Not on any treatment.what to do??
