Hair fall severe from past 15 days

I am just 24 years and 5'7 tall , I don't have any sought health issue's like thyroid either pcod , I wasn't effected with anyone severe viral fevers from childhood, I haven't undergone any surgeries and our family history is good no one has bald head , from childhood my hair was thin , from past 15 days I am lossing my hair severely 40 to 50 follicles , I was applying onion paste for while period of 2 or 3days fair fall is controlled and again it's getting back to normal stage please suggest me any home remdies or what might be the problem and any medicines
