If I am using shampoo other than 8x my hair becomes tangled and it becomes very difficult to brush my hair. Even after brushing also my hair remains tangled. What does it mean? Will I be not be able to use any other shampoo except 8x shampoo

Apply hair oil overnight. Apply conditioner after each wash. Use leave on serum after hair are half dry. This way your hair will remain soft and wont tangle.
