Hair fall problem
I am having hairfall from past 1 month when I shifted to a new city. My diet is not that good as I  have to eat outside food daily. Ivisited a dermatologist nearby. He diagnosed it as Telogen Effluvium. He recommended using Minoxidil and Finasteride solution to apply it on scalp.I have heard about some side effects of these two like the hairfall increases after discontinuing it's use. Is it the correct solution? I am attaching some photos . I am confused whether it is pattern baldness or Telogen Effluvium?
