Yes planned food intake. Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits,greengram sprouts everyday.,keeping in mind ur blood sugar if ur diabetic.more of vitC is advisable as lemon,papaya,tomato,citrus fruits.,add methi coriander leaves,curry leaves in ur food Milk,buttermilk enough water everyday. Substitute millets for rice.Till,till oil are also good for vit E  for ur age. Walk,yoga,exercise everyday for one hour. Sleep liesurely for six hours at night.
