Hair fall from last 2+ years
I've been facing hair fall for the last 2+ years. I thought it was normal and didn't pay much attention, but now it's getting worse and my hair line is also receding. My scalp is oily and I also have dandruff. I've tried a lot of products but can't see any improvement in hair fall.

This seems to be male pattern baldness also called androgenic alopecia (taklapan). This condition is seen due to the hormonal effect which results in thinning of the hair follicles. This is seen as baldness which means scalp starts getting visible. Please contact me using online consultation for proper evaluation and treatment
