Hair thinning can be due to various reasons such as genetic, nutritional deficiencies,  environmental factors etc . We need to do a proper analysis of the scalp and check where the thinning is present.  We might have to do a few investigations to check for any nutritional deficiencies and correct them . Various treatment options are available for the same. Dermaroller is one of the the options but doing it without an assistance is not safe as you are exposing yourself to many bacterias . You need to do it in a clinic set up for that the treatment can be carried out in a sterile environment. You can visit the clinic for consultation and further treatments can be done
