Hair fall controls and Regaining treatme

Asked for Male, 28 Years

How can I control my severe hair falling. It is since continued last 10 years. Also advise me to how to regain hair if it is easy to get hair again. Every day I do shampoo during baths because of very oily in scalp and some pimples shows often. Due to hair fall I never use hair oils and combs one time my hair after bathing. Please team advise
