Hair fall control

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Moved to bangalore an year ago, didn't face any problem initially. Recently(4 months) hair fall & dandruff increased and becoming uncontrollable. Recently( about same period) been through emotional stress and weight imbalance (gained and lost). No baldness in family. What care needs to be taken ?(diet as well)

Get a thorough examination done at a dermatologist near you. Need to rule out seborrhoic dermatitis or scalp psoriasis. Thinning of hair need to be ruled out. Use a medicated shampoo like Keraglo ad for hair wash. It will reduce the dandruff problem. Take a diet rich in protein and calcium.
