I am facing frequent hair fall these days and gaining weight.
I want to go for gym but because of work schedule ,i am not getting ample time to go for gym,I started walking around 4 kms a day but after a week i feel bored with walking.i don't know what to do with these situation.Please suggest some tips to have a continuous exercise mood with healthy diet,
