Hair fall and infection
Hi, I'm having hair fall from 2 year my scalp is itchy and when I scratch my scalp there is dust and oil from all over the scalp which is messy. I've tried all the medicated shampoo like ketoconazole, selenium sulfide, coal tar based shampoo, and all the shampoo available in the market. I've visited dermatologist twice they have given lotion containing (climbazole) and minoxidil 5℅ solution, biotin 5mg and 7 session of UV light therapy but still I am unable to solve the problem.

Hi Thanks for your query. Hair in young men is usually attributed to hormones and genetics. Since we are unable to change your genetics, we can take steps to protect the hair you have and fight the effect of hormones and genetics. Options include using vitamins to balance your diet, such as a Hair/Nail/Skin vitamin. Topical medications such as minoxodil to increase blood flow to the hair follicle. Oral medication such as finastride to block the effects of hormones on the hair follicle. You can consult on private chat with clinical photographs for personalised treatment
