Hair fall and dryness due to hardwater

Asked for Female, 31 Years

From past one year im posted in an area where the water is hard in nature.. When im boiling it a whitish layers of calcium is getting deposited on the bottom of a vessel. Its very hard water here .im suffering from severe hairfall and rough and dry hair.. Im using sls and paraben free shampoo conditioner. Even oiling my hair 3 times a week. Im taking revital women plus as a multivitamin along with 1000 mg vit c and omega 3 capsule (fish oil) also daily.. Still the condition of my hair is going worse. Im getting depressed day by day. Pls help me out. I living in an very remote area and here there is no dermatologist to consult about. Pls help me out.
