Hair fall and drying
I used to have healthy, long, straight and skill hair. I have lost volume and shine over past 1-2years. My hair have become extremely rough and dey. I live in Faridabad since past 10years and the water here is hard, maybe that's the reason. I lead a hectic and stressful work life as well. Despite using the best in class hair care products and oil, condition is deteriorating. I also colour my hair once a month. Pls suggest any vitamin capsule or medical hair care products that I can use to bring back the life of my hair.
